The Officers of the HOA for the 2025 year are:

Officers are elected each year immediately after the HOA’s Annual Meeting and serve until the Annual Meeting in the following year.  The Annual Meetings are normally scheduled to occur in late November.

The Standing Committees of the HOA include:

• Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”)
  • Committee Purpose:
    • To review and make decisions regarding proposals from owners to modify the exterior appearance of their home – such as the installation of storm doors or awnings or building a screened in porch on a patio
  • Membership:
    • The HOA receives very few ARC requests and, as permitted by the HOA’s governing documents, the HOA Board of Directors currently acts as the ARC
• Social Committee
  • Committee Purpose:
    • Planning and sponsoring social events for the Community and providing opportunities for owners and non-owner residents to interact
• Property Management Committee
  • Committee Purpose:
    • Oversight of the Community’s landscape and landscape maintenance contractor and oversight of property maintenance and the contractors who perform the maintenance
    • The members of the Committee have typically been owners with specific expertise in building, construction and/or landscape but any owner interested in ensuring that the community is maintained properly is welcome
