The Officers of the HOA for the 2020 – 2021 year are:

Officers are elected each year after the HOA’s Annual Meeting and serve until the Annual Meeting in the following year. We are currently awaiting the announcement of officers for the 2020-2021 year.
The Standing Committees of the HOA are:
- Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”)
- Committee Purpose:
- To review and make decisions regarding proposals from owners to modify the exterior appearance of their home – such as the installation of storm doors or awnings or building a screened in porch on a patio
- Committee Purpose:
- Social Committee
- Committee Purpose:
- Planning and sponsoring social events for the Community and providing opportunities for owners and non-owner residents to interact
- Committee Purpose:
- Property Management Committee
- Not Currently in Use
- Committee Purpose:
- Oversight of the Community’s landscape and landscape maintenance contractor and oversight of property maintenance and the contractors who perform the maintenance
- The members of the Committee have typically been owners with specific expertise in building/construction and landscape.
- The HOA Board determined that it does not wish to retain this Committee in 2020 and 2021.
