Who manages the Community?
The 82 homes in our community are part of a Homeowners’ Association (“HOA”). The HOA has contracted with a Property Management company to manage the property for us. Our property is managed by:

What public schools do our children attend?
Children living in our community who attend public schools attend those in the Fort Mill District 4 school district. These include:

When is Trash collected?
The trash / garbage is normally collected every Monday morning.

- Signature Waste Systems provides trash and recycling collection services in the Community. Click HERE to go to their website.

- Trash bins need to be at the curb by 6am on Monday morning.

- The pick-up process typically starts in the Community around 7am

- Trash bins are NOT to be placed at the curb before 5pm on Sunday evening.

- Trash bins are to be moved away from the curb and inside the garage by Monday evening.
- Trash bins are to be stored in the garage.

What are the monthly dues?
The HOA’s monthly dues for 2022 are $291 per month payable the first of every month.

What does Hawthorne Management do as our community manager?
As our community manager, Red Rock Management does the following for us:
- Collects the HOA’s monthly dues
- Maintains the HOA’s bank accounts
- Prepares the HOA’s monthly financial statements reflecting the results of our operations
- Receives maintenance requests from owners/residents through its Community Support Center
- Arranges for contractors to perform maintenance work in the Community
