When should you contact our Property Management Company?
If you become aware of an issue with your home’s exterior, contact our Property Manager. These issues could include (but are not limited to):
- Gutters or downspouts coming loose from the home
- Roofing, Siding or cedar shake shingles coming loose
- Water leaks
- Cracking driveways or walkways
- Loose railings on balconies
- Loose wood planks on wooden decks
If you become aware of an issue with the Community’s “common area” landscape, contact our Property Manager. These issues may include items such as:
- Leaking or broken irrigation head
- Dead or dying trees or shrubs
- Pot holes in the Community’s streets
- Damage to such Community components as the mailboxes, guard rails, iron fencing, patio pavers
*Their offices observe all U.S. Federal Holidays with the addition of: Thanksgiving Eve, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
