What have the monthly dues been in previous years?

• 2012 – 2013: $137/month
• 2014 – 2015: $150/month
• 2016 – 2016: $165/month
• 2017 – 2020: $170/month
• 2020 – 2024: $335/month.    NOTE: Dues increased with the addition of the insurance premium.

NOTE:  The current dues includes $107.43/month cost of the community’s master blanket insurance policy which covers the exteriors of all of the homes in the community from walls out.  Homeowners are responsible for having a “Condo” type policy which covers from walls in.  The insurance premium has increased from the initial $59.
