Set Up Your Account with our Property Management Company
One of the first things to do is to establish your account with our property management company – Hawthorne Management at their Homeowner Login site.

That will provide you with access to your account which:
- shows billing and payments,
- enables you to submit work requests to the HOA for any repairs to external components of your home,
- enables you to submit Architectural Review Committee requests if you wish to make changes to the exterior of your home
- contains the governing documents of the HOA including the Rules & Regulations
Register your Vehicle(s) – Both City and HOA
The HOA asks that you register your vehicle(s) with us. Click HERE to Register your vehicle(s)
Once you have some proof of your residency in the City of Tega Cay like a utility bill or any other invoice or document that reflects your name at your address in the City, you should visit the City Hall and obtain a City Parking Sticker. It permits you to park on City parking lots without being ticketed.
City Hall is located at 7725 Tega Cay Drive. It is directly across Tega Cay Drive from the intersection of Shoreline Parkway and Tega Cay Drive.

Register for the City’s Update System
You should be sure to sign-up for the City’s Update system at https://www.tegacaysc.org/list.aspx?Mode=Subscribe#newsFlash. The City uses this system to alert you to any emergencies you need to know about along with reminders about trash pick-up days.
Report Issues with Your Home
If you identify an issue with the exterior of your property including lawn surrounding your home, please notify our property management company at the Hawthorne Mgmt Site.
