There are a number of requirements for tenant-occupied properties.

Property Manager Registration

All leased / tenant-occupied properties are required to be managed by a professional / licensed property manager or management company independent of the HOA’s property management company.

Tenant Registration / Contact Information

Owners are required to register the tenants / occupants of their unit with the HOA. The online form used to register tenants is located at the following link: Tenant / Occupant Registration Form

Property Inspection

Owners of property that is to be leased are required to have the property inspected periodically.

• The first inspection is to be conducted by a licensed property inspector just prior to the tenants occupying the property.
• Inspections are to be performed every six months while tenants occupy the property.
